Is Active Armor real? Dear Community, I have been with AT&T going over three years now. Not once have I been able to get Active Armor working. Is it even a real thing? I am simply looking to get the free tier working. I have tried many times on the Smart Home app and on the website too, to get it working. I have installed/uninstalled the app.

When I enter a number on the reverse number lookup on Active Armor, all I get is the city and state. Same with many different numbers.
