Nov 2016 • Friends. Cap Sante Park has an excellent view of Mt. Baker, the Cascades, Cap Sante Marina and parts of downtown Anacortes. On a really clear day you can see Mt. Rainier. It is a great spot to watch the sunrise or sunset and there are trails that lead down to the marina on the west side of the viewpoint.
